8 of 8 people found the following review helpful To crease or not to crease..NOT TO CREASE, June 27, 2011 By mintyone (down south) - See all my reviews Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Taylor STP2000 Home Touch Garment Butler and Pants Press, Brown (Kitchen) No once did the legs come out with a defined crease in them. The stretching mechanism pulled the cuffs together as the top closed, thus creating wrinkles each and every time. And speaking of time...1/2 hour to press a pair of slacks!
3 of 3 people found the following review helpful The worst customer service I ever had, November 26, 2011 By This review is from: Taylor STP2000 Home Touch Garment Butler and Pants Press, Brown (Kitchen) The product worked just fine for a while (for about a year), but then it stopped working. I contacted Taylor's customer service. The reply was unsatisfactory and rude. Basically they said: tough luck, we are not going neither repair nor replace it.
I will definitely buy a replacement, but from any other manufacturer - definitely not from Taylor!
Ok, but not great, May 9, 2012 By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Taylor TTP1050 Home Touch Garment Butler and Pants Press, Red (Kitchen) I bought this press after traveling to Japan where every hotel room has something similar. Similar, but not same. It is almost impossible to insert your pants perfectly which results sometimes in nasty creases. Even if you manage to put your pants straight in, the pants still do not look quite pressed when you are done. Try more expensive units.
