From day one it spit and sputtered water all over (ruined a silk blouse). Even the Panasonic I had for 5 years didn't do that! I don't know if it's the plate design or its weight, but it drags. Trying to put a crease in slacks, it drags the material, wrinkles it and steams it in place. It's going back. Now it's spitting on my cloths, not as hot as I would like & now "upgrading" to a different iron. I have ironed all my life, this is a middle of the road/cheap iron... Here are the plus's; non-stick is good, as is the retractable cord, steams well. Just not my cup of tea for HOT IRON & gettin er done!!!
