Very bad experience with this produce, February 28, 2003 By Carol A. Moore (New York, NY United States) - See all my reviews This review is from: Euro-Pro SC620S Garment Steamer (Kitchen) This steamer was rickety when assembled. It got too hot to touch -- even on the handle. Finally, after only about five or six uses, it refused to turn on. Trying to contact the company is a nightmare: their 800 number is always busy, and they have no e-mail capability. I'd advise going with another brand.

The steamer went on for about 20 seconds. Repeated attempts had the same results. Have tried to reach the company for over a month many times a day. All I get is busy signals.
Prior to this I bought Euro Pro's hand steamer , It also did'nt work. I would never buy another one of this company's products.
