6 of 6 people found the following review helpful Works great!, October 21, 2010 By  Amydoo - See all my reviews This review is from: Conair Gs10rhr Deluxe Fabric Steame 1300w (Kitchen) I was skeptical at first because I have a hard time trusting brands like Conair but I purchased this one anyway and it works great. Produces lots of steam so make sure you're careful when steaming! People complain about it leaking and not producing steam after a period of time....if they read the instructions they would know that it only leaks if the water container goes below half and that you're supposed to decalcify the unit from time to time (using a 3:1 water-vinegar solution) to remove any mineral buildup in the unit so that it produces steam normally. Avoid the problem altogether by using distilled or demineralized water only. Take care of it and it works like a charm. The only thing I don't fancy is that the steam hose gets pretty hot.
