It was difficult to clip on an then it would not stay in place when you moved the iron back and forth like you do when you iron. And then it tore around the clips. Don't waste you money on it like I did. The teflon shoe is easy to put on. I have a Rowenta iron and it couldn't have been easier to attach. The spring is stainless, where my "old" one wasn't and it rusted. The teflon iron shoe glides smoothly over any garment, including pins, zippers, most anything without damage and the iron temp. may be set on high with no scorching. Love it for black clothing as there is NEVER any shine! Good Product ! Good Value !
